Tableau to Power BI Migration Projectl

Approach:

We tackled this large-scale migration by breaking it down into manageable phases. We started with the simpler dashboards to build momentum and increase confidence. For the more complex dashboards, which required nearly complete code rewrites, we worked in pairs. This allowed us to collaborate, share knowledge, and solve problems together, creating reusable solutions along the way.

Results:

Successfully completed the migration ahead of schedule.

Improved data visualization skills through hands-on experience with Power BI.

Strengthened team collaboration and technical expertise.

This project not only helped the department transition seamlessly to Power BI but also fostered a stronger, more effective team dynamic.
